Install HID system for H4. It is necessary to use "Shade" on
Xenon bulb to use only for low beam.
You must install another lamps for Hi-beam.⇒Installation of PIAA Spot light as hi-beam
Now, Bellof's HL4-Ddrive is installed therefore no problem for hi-beam.

Check angle of Head lights on screen before work. |

| Check all equipment included before installation and also check bulb is not dead. |
＜Installation＞
① Remove head light
 |
Open head light door using manual knob and remove bolts. |
 |
Remove bolts both side of head light cover. |
 |
Close head light door and remove back side bolts. Then remove head light cover carefully. |
 |
Remove bolts and remove head light cover. Location of this cover decides head light cover location so that mark positions of each screws. |
 |
Remove bolts back side of head light housing. |
After remove head light housing, disconnect head light connector and remove
rubber around bulb.
Remove factory bulb and install Xenon bulb. Install rubber around bulb
again.
Don't touch face of bulb directly by hand.
Check route of high voltage line.
②Install Inverter and Igniter

Install the Inverter and Igniter under head light housing. Check length of lines to the bulb. |

Install the Inverter and Igniter on the wheel house with Base Flame(Included the goods). |
③Install Dummy Bulb(Important)
 |
To avoid malfunction of head light doors, install dummy bulb between low beam + and -. I recommend new circuit under following.⇒New Circuit Change all head light Fuses from 10A to 15A. |

Dummy bulb and switch for spare dummy bulb are installed under display
for Navigation System. Red colored round shape lamp on right side is dummy bulb. Blue colored square shape lamp on center is switch for spare dummy bulb. Spare is installed back side. The dummy bulb lamp must be changed easily and quickly. |
④Install head light housing
After finished all connection, install head light housing.
⑤Test
Check all function.
⑥About high beam
H4 bulb has 2 lights in one bulb but HID has only one light. Then it is
necessary to install another lights as high beam.
Now you can install Bellof's HLD-4Ddrive system which has low and high beam function.
⑦Install head light cover
Install head light cover. Be careful damage to painted area.
⑧Check light angle
Check angle according to marking on screen.

To change angle, provide torx female tool. |

①Brightness

Very high brightness more than Halogen bulb. |
②NEW CIRCUIT
 |
This is new circuit. Get head light ON signal from HDOCM C1 connector A(white) and use relay. High beam also get from Fuse No.9 or 12 with relay. It's possible to turn ON HID low and high beam position and spot lights can use as passing light when head light door closed. |

Head light door control module is located back side of Right head light
housing. Connect top "A",white line on right side.This voltage is only for turning ON HID, not for Xenon bulb. Check connection line water proofed. For hi-beam, connect to FUSE NO.9 or 12 under hood. |

Voltage for Xenon bulb, use Relay(30A) connected to Battery +. |
